I am pleased to introduce my latest creation: Beef Intrigue - a dish featuring pan-fried sourdough bread, gnocchi accompanied by a mushroom and bacon sauce, crowned with a fillet mignon. To complement and balance the rich flavours, I've added pickled red onion. This dish is indulgently delightful. I invite you to experience it for yourself!

What's the Story Behind Gnocchi Beef Intrigue?
So, you're curious about the Gnocchi Beef Intrigue? Well, it's one of my new culinary creations. I've always had a thing for sourdough bread—both munching on it and whipping it up in the kitchen. Not too long ago, I found myself craving gnocchi again. It's been a while, but man, I've missed it!
At first, I thought about going the classic route: maybe some mac and cheese topped with a juicy, slow-cooked beef brisket. But then, the idea hit me. Why not mix up the gnocchi I've been craving with that beefy goodness? And that's how the Gnocchi Beef Intrigue came to be. It's a mix of old favourites and new twists, all on one plate. Give it a try; it's a game-changer!
